User Agreement

Introduction

Before you (also referred to as "the User") use the various services provided by us (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "We"), please be sure to carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). This Agreement aims to clarify the rights and obligations between you and the Platform and is legally binding on both parties. Your acts of registration, login, viewing, use, etc., shall be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and the various rules published by the Platform. If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, please stop using the Services immediately.

I. Service Description and Agreement Modification

The "Services" under this Agreement refer to the products, features, content, and technical support provided to you by the Platform through legally operated websites, client applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), or other technical forms. The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement based on business development, technological upgrades, changes in laws and regulations, or for the purpose of improving service quality. The modified agreement will be published on the designated page of the Platform and will take effect from the date of publication or a specified date. If you continue to use the Services after the revision of this Agreement, it means that you accept the revised Agreement. If you do not agree, you have the right to stop using the Services. It is recommended that you review this Agreement periodically.

II. Account Registration, Use, and Security

You should use true, accurate, complete, legally valid information to register an account and update it promptly. The Platform has the right to review the information you provide. For information that does not meet the requirements or is suspected of being false, the Platform has the right to refuse registration or take measures such as restricting, freezing, or deregistering the account. You shall bear full responsibility for the security of your account. You must bear legal responsibility for all activities under your account. Losses caused by improper safekeeping, active disclosure, lending, transferring the account, or suffering attacks, fraud, etc., by others shall be borne by you. If you discover any illegal use, you should notify the Platform immediately. The account is for your personal use only. Without the written consent of the Platform, you may not permit a third party to use it. The Platform has the right to take measures such as restricting login, function blocking, or suspending services against accounts suspected of being abnormal, violating rules, or posing risks, without bearing liability for breach of contract.

III. User Code of Conduct

1. When using the Services, you must comply with laws and regulations, respect social morality, and commit not to engage in the following activities:

1.1 Create, copy, publish, or disseminate information content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations, including the following:

(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(3) Damaging national honor and interests;

(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;

(5) Undermining state religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

(6) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;

(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or content that abets crime;

(8) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others such as reputation, privacy, and intellectual property;

(9) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

1.2 Engage in any activity that endangers network security, or use the Services for illegal operations, unfair competition, or other activities that infringe upon the rights and interests of others.

1.3 Carry out acts that interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform's services, or impose unreasonable technical load on the Platform's systems.

2. You shall bear all legal liability for all information, data, and content (hereinafter referred to as "User Content") that you upload, publish, or disseminate through the Services. You guarantee that you possess the complete and lawful rights required for the User Content and that it does not infringe upon any third party's lawful rights and interests.

3. The Platform has the right to manage User Content. If it is discovered or reasonably suspected that User Content or related activities violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement, the Platform has the right to take handling measures such as deletion, blocking, disconnecting links, restricting functions, or suspending services without notice, and to report according to law. Such management actions shall not be regarded as any endorsement or guarantee of the User Content by the Platform.

IV. Service Provision, Interruption, and Termination

The Platform provides the Services "as is" but cannot guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, defect-free, completely meet your expectations, or absolutely secure. Risks arising from network environment, equipment, technical limitations, etc., shall be borne by you. For maintenance, upgrades, or other necessary reasons, the Platform may suspend or interrupt services and will provide advance notice as much as possible. For inconveniences caused thereby, the Platform will endeavor to minimize them within the scope permitted by law but shall not be liable. The Platform shall not be liable for service interruption or data loss caused by reasons not attributable to the Platform's fault, such as force majeure, third-party service failures, your equipment or operational problems, or virus attacks. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services at any time according to operational needs, without prior notice and without liability to you or any third party, unless otherwise mandatorily stipulated by law.

V. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the software, technology, and content (including but not limited to interfaces, designs, documents, trademarks, data, information, etc., hereinafter referred to as "Platform Content") contained in the Platform's services belong to the Platform or the relevant right holders. Without explicit authorization, you shall not reproduce, modify, disseminate, commercially utilize, or perform reverse engineering in any form. For the User Content you provide, you retain the original rights. Simultaneously, you grant the Platform a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable license, allowing the Platform to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly display, and disseminate your content for the purposes of providing services, improving products, conducting security protection, and promotion.

VI. Privacy and Data Protection

The Platform protects your personal information. Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of your personal information will follow relevant laws and regulations and the separately published Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement. The Platform takes reasonable technical and management measures to protect the security of your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security. You should also properly safeguard your account information. Without your consent, the Platform will not share or transfer your personal information to unrelated third parties, except as required by laws and regulations or necessary for performing statutory duties.

VII. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform expressly excludes all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, and accuracy of information. Under no circumstances shall the Platform be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, data, etc.) arising from the use or inability to use the Services, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility. This limitation of liability clause shall remain effective after the termination of this Agreement.

VIII. Termination of Agreement

You may terminate this Agreement by deregistering your account through the Platform's process. After account deregistration, we will handle your information according to law and the Privacy Policy. If you violate this Agreement, the Platform has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services, deregister the account, and pursue legal liability. After the termination of this Agreement, clauses that are intended to be long-term effective, such as those regarding intellectual property, privacy protection, disclaimer, governing law, and dispute resolution, shall continue to be effective.

IX. Miscellaneous Provisions

The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes hereunder shall all be governed by local laws. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the place where the Platform's operating entity is located for litigation. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the clauses. The Platform's failure to exercise any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services, superseding any prior oral or written agreements. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
